To arrange a return, please fill in the returns form within the applicable returns period (14 days from purchase), quoting your order details and reason for return. We will provide instructions on where and how to send your item back. Items should be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging. Personalised or custom-made items cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.
