Welcome to Red Fox Crafts. These Terms of Service apply when you visit our website, place an order with us, or purchase any of our products.

By placing an order with Red Fox Crafts, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

1. About Red Fox Crafts

Red Fox Crafts is a UK-based independent craft business specialising in handmade, personalised and small-batch products, including 3D-printed items, clothing, drinkware, gifts and other crafted products.

2. Our Products

We aim to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings and the materials used.

Many Red Fox Crafts products are individually made, printed, pressed, assembled or finished. As a result, minor variations between products may occur.

With 3D-printed products, small layer lines, seams or other minor characteristics associated with the 3D-printing process may be visible. These are normal features of the manufacturing process and are not necessarily defects.

Unless specifically described as a toy, our decorative models, ornaments and collectibles are intended as display items and are not toys.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where there has been an obvious pricing or listing error, the product is unavailable, we are unable to fulfil a custom request, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund for the cancelled item or order.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices shown on our website are in pounds sterling (£).

The total price, including any applicable delivery charges, will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Payment must be received before an order is dispatched or, for made-to-order products, before production begins unless otherwise agreed.

5. Personalised and Custom-Made Products

Some Red Fox Crafts products can be personalised or made specifically to a customer's requirements.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that names, wording, dates, sizes, colours, images and other information supplied for personalisation are correct before submitting an order.

Where we provide a design proof for approval, production may begin once the customer has approved that proof.

Because personalised and genuinely custom-made products are made specifically for you, the usual statutory right to cancel simply because you have changed your mind may not apply. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or we have made an error with your personalisation.

6. Customer-Supplied Images and Designs

Where you provide an image, logo, photograph, wording or other material for us to reproduce, you confirm that you have the necessary permission or rights to use that material.

We reserve the right to refuse material that we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringes another person's intellectual-property rights, or is otherwise unsuitable for us to reproduce.

The quality of a finished printed product depends partly on the quality of the artwork supplied. Low-resolution, blurred or heavily compressed images may produce lower-quality results.

Where possible, we recommend supplying artwork at 300 DPI at the intended print size.

7. Production Times

Some products are held in stock, while others are made to order.

Any production or turnaround times shown on our website are estimates unless we expressly agree to a specific deadline.

During busy periods, customised or made-to-order products may take longer. We will endeavour to contact you if there is a significant unexpected delay.

8. Delivery

Available delivery options and charges will be displayed during checkout.

Please ensure that the delivery address supplied with your order is complete and accurate.

We aim to dispatch orders within the stated processing time. Delivery times provided by postal or courier services are normally estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Unless a different timeframe has been agreed with you, UK distance-selling rules generally require goods to be delivered within 30 days.

9. Returns and Cancellations

For eligible non-personalised products purchased online, you normally have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us that you wish to cancel. You then normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Products should be returned in their original condition. You may inspect an item as you reasonably would in a shop, but we may be entitled to reduce a refund where its value has been diminished through handling beyond what is reasonably necessary.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you may be responsible for the cost of returning it.

Personalised or custom-made products are generally excluded from the statutory change-of-mind cancellation right.

These provisions do not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods.
